Lansing Youth Baseball offers Little League Baseball and includes player evaluations as part of the program. The program encourages everyone to register online and holds a single in-person registration date for those who need to pay cash or need assistance registering.
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: In-person registration on February 12th from 6pm–9pm, with player evaluations on March 14 for players aged 7–12
• Price: $150 for T-Ball (4–6 years old); $200 for Pee Wee and Majors (7–12 years old); $200 for Intermediate (13 year olds). All players receive $100 worth of raffle tickets to sell, and all money collected for the tickets is used to reduce registration costs.
Player evaluations on March 14 take place at St. John Lutheran Church in Lansing from 9am–11am for players aged 7–9 years old and from 11:30pm–1:30pm for players aged 10–12. All players aged 7–12 must attend these player evaluations. The leadership team includes President Saad Abbasy, Vice-President AJ Goranowski, Board Secretary Tasha Davis, and board members Brandon Collins, Glenn Williams, Ernest Savage, RJ Ryan Sr., Miguel Ledezma, Andres Barron, Claire Chavez, Sean O'Connor, and Matt Nommensen. The program uses the Little League Pledge: “I trust in God. I love my country and will respect its laws. I will play fair and strive to win. But win or lose I will always do my best.”
