Trinity Early Childhood Center offers childcare and preschool programming that includes daily Jesus Time, weekly Chapel, and activities such as art, music, dramatic play, centers, and motor skill activities. Children take part in pre-reading and reading, mathematical and science concepts, creative arts, Bible truths, and practical routines like table manners, toilet training, and dressing themselves. Caregivers spend time playing with the children, talking to them, making faces, responding to them, going for strolls outside, and watching birds and animals.

Trinity Early Childhood Center is part of Trinity Schools, which meets or exceeds all state regulations for space, materials, safety, and curriculum and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, physical disability or gender in the administration of its educational policies and programs. Trinity Schools incorporates SCEWD (Social/Spiritual, Communicative Arts, Expressive Arts, Wellness & Discovery) and includes Genesis and Psalms through the childcare programming, with Acts, Kings, and Romans as combined classes of childcare and preschool programming. The Genesis group serves children 6 weeks through 15 months, Psalms serves children 15 months through 2 years, the toddler room serves children approximately 15 months through 24 or 30 months depending on developmental abilities, and the preschool/childcare program serves children between 2 and 5 years, with children required to be the age of the program on or before September 1st. For infants and toddlers through 15 months of age, care is in the ratio of four children per staff member, the staff/child ratio for children 15 to 24 months is five children per staff member, the Acts class has a teacher/student ratio of 1:8, the Kings class has a teacher/student ratio of 1:10, and the pre-kindergarten program for ages 4 to 5 also has a teacher/child ratio of 1:10, with children fully potty-trained before transitioning to the Kings class. The staff is described as highly qualified, loving, and patient, and no child is ever left unattended, even when asleep. Trinity Schools is a ministry and outreach of Trinity Lutheran Church and is affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod, with a mission dedicated to sharing with each child and their parents God's unconditional love so that children and their families look, live, and love more like Jesus and grow, mature, and connect as part of a community of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The leadership team includes Marcia McKee, Director of Trinity Early Childhood Center, Naperville, and Kim Reina, Director of Trinity Preschool, Lisle.
