About the provider

AlphaBet Soup Productions says it has been Chicagoland’s premiere Theatre for Young Audiences since 1987. Its mission is to provide Chicago area youth, families, and teachers a theatrical experience that will entertain, educate, and inspire. The company says that over 1 million children, parents, and educators throughout the Chicagoland area have enjoyed its creations. Its leadership team includes Susan Holm, Owner and Executive Producer; Emmett Bowles, Business Manager; Barbara Burkhard, Box Office Manager; and Page Domikaitis, Stage Manager. It has also received the Illinois Theatre Association Award of Excellence in Theatre for Young Audiences and two National Children's Theatre Awards for the scripts Beauty & the Beast and The Jungle Book.
