Merrilee Studios offers Preschool (Pre) Dance in Tap, Ballet, and Tumbling, Preschool Tumbling, Kindergarten/Level 1 classes, Level 2 through Level 5 classes, Adult Ballet, Adult Tap, Adult Jazz, Adult Hip Hop, and core classes in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, and Tumbling. Programs
- Preschool (Pre) Dance — Typically 2-5 years of age and potty trained · Available in Tap, Ballet, and Tumbling. Preschool dance classes teach technique in fun, age-appropriate ways and include routines during the school year.
- Preschool Tumbling — Typically 2-5 years of age and potty trained · Students start with front and back rolls and progress through rolls, cartwheels, and back bends. These classes do not perform in the dance recital.
- Kindergarten / Level 1 — Typical age 5-7 · Kindergarteners take classes with Level 1 students. Classes focus on technique in a fun, age-appropriate way.
- Level 2 through Level 5 — Classes focus mostly on technique in the fall, then on learning a recital dance after Christmas. Students usually spend a year or two in each level.
- Adult Classes — 18 and over · Available in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop. Suitable for beginner and intermediate students.
