Sabre Hockey Association offers Jr. Sabre House League (JSHL), Sabre Girls Hockey, and Spring EDGE 8U - 14U. JSHL includes practices beginning the week of Monday, September 14th, with the season running September 14th through March 14th. Sabre Girls Hockey includes ice practices three times per week, bi-weekly skills clinics, weekly goalie clinic, and weekly off-ice training for 19U, 14U, and 12U Gold.

About the provider

The organization is described as one of the largest and most established youth hockey organizations in Illinois. The Girls Hockey Program is led by Girls Hockey Director Jordan Diamond, and the listed coaching staff includes Peyton Rose Norman, Jim Caldwell, Victor Martinez, and Jordan Diamond. The organization states that it strives for success at all levels, with a main goal of providing a positive atmosphere for player's skill development, and a primary focus on building strong character on and off the ice. Sabre players cannot be rostered on more than one youth hockey team, except girls playing on a youth (co-ed) team and a Sabre player who plays on a high school team. A non-refundable $300 tryout fee is due at registration for girls hockey, and a non-refundable $100 evaluation fee is due for JSHL. Season lengths listed: CSDHL, MSGH, CUHL September 8th - March 15th; NWHL, JSHL September 16th - March 15th.
