Spiders FC offers soccer training that includes competitive and recreational soccer programs, goalie tactics training, conditioning, and technical skills training. The program also includes travel and tournaments, a summer camp, winter training, and access to field rental through SPD Field Rental Request. All teams train through the same system, ideas, and style to allow players to develop over time from both recreational and competitive perspectives for ages U7–U14.

Spiders FC is a youth soccer academy that focuses on teaching kids from ages U7–U14 the fundamentals for learning how to play soccer from both recreational and competitive perspectives. The club offers a Spiders FC Camp with Reinaldo Navia and has travel and tournament opportunities. Spiders FC provides fun, enjoyable, and challenging soccer training for boys and girls in the west suburbs area and invites community members to contact them with ideas for events or to cheer on the teams.
The leadership team includes owner and head coach Yahir Maldonado, who has played soccer since he was 10 years old. Head Coach Conditioning & GoalKeeping, Gabriel Junez, teaches goalie tactics and works with kids on defending the goal. Head Coach Youth Division and Head Coach-Technical Skills, Eduardo Castellanos, brings coaching experience that the club uses as a resource for young athletes. Head Coach-Technical Skills, Edwin Rios, is a former pro player from Cucuta, Colombia, bringing Central American coaching knowledge and a focus on developing youth soccer players and teaching the excitement of soccer. Club Admin Adriana Cuevas supports the financial portion of the teams and coordinates payments and uniforms. The stated mission of Spiders FC is to make soccer accessible for the entire community by fostering a shared passion for the sport.
