North Riverside Summer Camps

North Riverside Summer Camps offers a variety of summer camps for children. The Village offers six different camps that are designed specifically to allow all campers to get the most fun out of their summer. Online registration is available through a registration portal, and in-person registration is available during Parks & Recreation operating hours.

• Ages: 2–13 years old
• Schedule: All camps run from June 9th to August 1st, weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
• Price: Before and aftercare options are also available for an additional cost.

The North Riverside Recreation Department has adopted a Conduct Policy for all recreation activities in order to maximize the enjoyment of each participant's recreation experience and to ensure their safety in a fun yet nurturing environment. The program is coordinated by Program Coordinator Peter Hanneman, along with the Director of Parks and Recreation. The North Riverside Recreation Department has created a Youth Scholarship program to help parents who need assistance in paying part or all of their child's day camp fees and does not want any North Riverside child excluded from camps due to financial hardship. At a parent's request, the Parks and Recreation Office can provide a copy of all fees incurred with summer camp for tax purposes.
