About
PGA Junior Golf Camps focuses on golf instruction for junior golfers. The program takes place at PGA facilities and offers full day camp options that run from 9am to 3pm. Camps welcome boys and girls of all athletic abilities, golf experience, and competitive desire.
• Schedule: Full Day Camp 9am to 3pm
• Price: Refund Protection: For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles families to a full refund of registration if they cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
PGA Junior Golf Camps are held at world-class PGA facilities. All camps are taught by PGA of America Professionals and are directed by Certified PGA of America Professionals. Every junior golf Camp Director has been trained and tested in all aspects of the game by the PGA of America and certified in junior-specific instruction, techniques, and strategies. The program offers rental equipment for a specified price for campers who need golf equipment.
The mission of PGA Junior Golf Camps is to share a passion for the game of golf with youths across the country, with a stated promise to support, encourage, and respect each camper and to authentically inspire them to reach their full potential on and off the golf course. The program offers nearly 180 camp locations in almost 40 states and includes half-day, full-day, and competitive camp formats. Each camp has been designed with the child’s well-being in mind, and coaches emphasize fun and principled skill development. The camps use PGA Camp’s Skill Progression Cycle, a patented system that builds upon the previous days’ teachings, and are described as fun, safe, and educational, creating a reason to go outside and play and mimicking real life. PGA Junior Golf Camps is described as a golf enrichment program designed exclusively for the development of the junior golfer.
Through community involvement, the program supports scholarships for kids who are financially unable to attend sports programs and participates in Brandon's Goal, which creates awareness and raises money to support institutions, doctors, and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.
