CLP Golf offers private golf lessons, playing lessons, group lessons, and participation in PGA Jr. League. The program is described as a one stop shop for learning and playing golf, with a non-traditional, game-based learning environment that is accessible to 6–12-year-olds and a fun, social, and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 13 and under.

Clayton leads CLP Golf as a golf instructor and PGA Professional. Clayton’s credentials include recognition as a Golf Digest Best-In-State Teacher (#10 in Illinois), Golf Digest’s Best Teachers in Illinois, and Golf Digest Winner of Best Young Teachers in America 2023–2024. Additional certifications include U.S. Kids Top 50 Honorable Mention Coach, TPI Junior Level 2 Coach, Little Golf Train Certified Conductor, and Plane Truth Level 1 Certified. Clayton is in his fifth year at Cog Hill and works with Kevin to lead the PGA Jr. League team and teach in what is described as one of the strongest junior golf programs in the United States. Three of the most recent PGA Junior League teams from this program have won the regional championship and qualified to play in the national tournament.
