Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots offers Mini (Toddler), a coach-led introduction to soccer for children ages 18 months to 3 years, with parents welcome to join in. It also offers Classic (Preschool) for ages 3 to 5 with creative, themed activities that build soccer skills and character traits, and Premier (School-Age) for ages 5 to 8 with work on ball control, fitness, and team interaction.

About the provider

Soccer Shots was formed in 1997 and began franchising in 2005. In 2023, there were over 560,000 enrollments in Soccer Shots programming. The mission is to positively impact children’s lives through an age-appropriate curriculum taught by fully-trained coaches in a safe environment. Coaches complete a comprehensive training program to receive certification, are trained in developmentally appropriate techniques, are routinely evaluated, and undergo ongoing training. Soccer Shots is consistently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise in the U.S. It also partners with local childcare centers, preschools, elementary schools, and other organizations across North America, and mentions partnerships with the U.S. Soccer Foundation and Nike.

The program offers a positive, non-competitive environment. It proactively communicates cancellations due to weather or other circumstances. Safety is stated as a top priority, and coaches undergo thorough background checks.
