• Schedule: Robinson City Park is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and the Robinson Municipal Swimming Pool is open from 12:30 PM to 6:45 PM, with pool rental times available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NOON and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Price: Robinson Municipal Swimming Pool admission is $4.00 per person; pool rental is $200.00 for 10:00 AM–12:00 NOON and $200.00 for 7:00 PM–9:00 PM; private swim lessons cost $10.00 per 30-minute visit; overnight camping is $25.00 per day; Deer Run Mary Heath Memorial Golf Course daily fees are $8.00 all day, $5.00 for juniors 15 and under and seniors 60 and over, with season passes at $60.00 for seniors 60 and over, $100.00 for one person, and $225.00 for a family of five (2 adults 19 and over, 3 children 18 and under), with each additional person $50.00.

The Robinson City Pool main pool holds 256,000 gallons of water and ranges from a depth of 3 feet to 5 feet before dropping into a 12-foot-deep diving area, and it also includes a wading pool, a 125-foot-long water slide, and the Parkdome Cafe. Seven ball fields are available in the City Park, five of which are lighted. Deer Run Mary Heath Memorial Golf Course is a nine-hole public golf course built around a 2.1-acre lake, and those ten years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult there. Washington Park Lake is a 2.1-acre lake with fishing rules that allow bluegill to be caught and kept, bass to be kept if they are 18 inches or longer with a limit of four per day, and catfish to be kept except albino ones which must be released with a limit of two per day, with no boats allowed, and guidelines that fishermen must be alert for golfers, avoid fishing near greens and tees when golfers are present, and not use the lake for ice skating or ice fishing in winter. The Nature Trail in the south portion of Washington Park has various plants identified by a unique marking system and signs with educational information.

The City of Robinson Parks and Recreation Department was formed on April 1, 1976 by the Robinson City Council. The City Pool opened in 1956, Deer Run Mary Heath Memorial Golf Course and Washington Park Lake were built in 1996, and the Sled Hill was built in the fall of 2002. The Park Superintendent is Tyson Murray. The Parks and Recreation Department is a department within the municipality of Robinson, and its activities, programs, and parks are described as being designed to enhance the leisure enjoyment of all residents within the community and surrounding area. Community projects include a unique plant marking system on the Nature Trail funded by Marathon Oil Company and the City of Robinson, stocking of Washington Park Lake by the South Eastern Illinois Sportsman’s Club, and a fountain in Washington Park Lake donated by the A. Hanby Jones Family.

Hand carts and golf clubs are available for rental at the Deer Run Mary Heath Memorial Golf Course Club House. There is no smoking allowed within 50 feet of the pool facility in the park, in the shelters, or near the concession stands, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times with owners required to clean up after their pets.
