The In House League is a beginner to intermediate program for young athletes, and all skill levels are welcome. Each season of the league includes one 90-minute practice day and weekly matches, with all necessary training equipment provided on site and no cuts made in the league.

Evaluations are used to place athletes in divisions based on age, experience, and skill level, and no cuts are made after evaluations. Club volleyball is offered for girls ages 12–18 and boys ages 12–16 at an advanced skill level, with more weekly training, specialized position training, strength conditioning, mental performance training, and travel competitions. Athletes are asked to bring knee pads and a water bottle, and all other training equipment is provided on site.
