Empower Volleyball offers In House League volleyball, Club volleyball, and Sand volleyball, along with TEAM STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING. The program also includes Volley On At Home and support with Recruiting for athletes who participate in its volleyball activities.

Empower Volleyball’s mission is to provide high quality, accessible volleyball programs for all youth who wish to play the sport in a safe, fun, family-friendly environment, with each individual athlete supported and empowered to reach his or her maximum potential in a challenging and developmentally appropriate setting where learning extends beyond athletics to include personal and professional moral values. The program offers a variety of volleyball options for athletes 5 to 18 years of age, including recreational In House League volleyball for all skill levels and more competitive Club volleyball for advanced players. The In House League program is for girls in grades 2–12 and boys in grades 2–8 at all skill levels, and all equipment is provided, while the Club program is for girls ages 12–18 and boys ages 12–16 at an advanced skill level and includes more weekly training, specialized position training, strength conditioning, mental performance training, and travel competitions. The recreational league does not cut players and is described as great for boys and girls of all ages and abilities, and Empower Volleyball is recognized as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and identified as a not for profit organization.
