Empower Volleyball offers In House League volleyball, club volleyball, and sand volleyball, along with team strength and conditioning training. The program also includes Volley On At Home and recruiting activities for athletes who participate in its volleyball programs.

Empower Volleyball’s mission is to provide high quality, accessible volleyball programs for all youth who wish to play the sport in a safe, fun, family-friendly environment.
