About
PRSC Elite Camps and Clinics focuses on ball mastery skills, game awareness, and game understanding aspects of soccer, including the decision making process. Sessions include dribbling, passing, receiving, trapping, shielding, first touch, 1v1 and 2v2 play, speed and agility work, small-sided game situations, and open play. Camp sessions are organized for skill-based training only, with no scrimmaging, and the goal is for players to work with the ball for the majority of the time with limited waiting.
• Ages: 11–15 years old
• Schedule: PRSC Elite Winter Training Program runs for four weeks with week-long options, and Winter Elite Camp Futsal Session #2 runs for nine weeks with Friday night sessions.
• Price: PRSC Elite Winter Training Program ranges from $140 for one week to $320 for four weeks; Winter Elite Camp Futsal Session #2 costs $35 per one-hour session, totaling $315 for nine sessions.
Families have the flexibility to pick which weeks of the PRSC Elite Winter Training Program work best for them at checkout, and players are encouraged to attend all of the sessions. Each time slot accepts the first 40 athletes, and families placed on a waitlist are asked to pay in advance and receive a full refund if the player does not make it into the program. Players need to bring a soccer ball, soccer shoes, and a water bottle. The program is led by Jesttina Orlando, PRSC travel coordinator, and Almir Hot, Director of Soccer Operations. The stated mission is to provide an additional opportunity for growth and player development by focusing on ball mastery skills, game awareness and game understanding aspects of soccer, as well as the decision making process.
