Camp Commotion offers a variety of weekly activity options called “crews,” including Arts & Crafts, Sound Check, Build It, Cheer, Olympics, Culinary Creations, Friends Forever, Game On, Great Outdoors, High Octane, H2O, Lights, Camera, Action, Mad Science, Maximum Sports, Mix It Up, Pumped Up PE, Randomania, Superhero, Top Secret, and World Tour. Depending on the crew, campers may spend time grilling, assembling tents, doing outdoor exploration, playing laser tag, making their own short movie, making messes and testing experiments, and playing sports such as basketball and soccer. Some crews focus on themed experiences like traveling to the wild west, space-themed activities, collecting evidence, analyzing clues, cracking codes, cooking up an authentic regional dish, and belting out a national anthem.

Camp Commotion is a day camp for kids entering 1st–6th grade. Kids can choose from over 20 different activity options called crews, and each child selects one crew to participate in each week, with the note that not all crews are available every week. For the H2O crew, a swimsuit is required daily. Campers with special needs can receive additional support through a Camper Support Director, and Camp Commotion offers a Camper Support Survey and Camper Companion. Financial assistance is available. Camp Commotion states that it is a fun, exciting, and safe day camp for kids entering 1st–6th grade offering great programming, top-notch staff, and an all-around fantastic summer for kids.
