Iconic Allstars Cheer and Dance offers recreational cheerleading, All-Star cheerleading, competitive cheerleading, competitive dance, dance teams, and a special needs team. The program also provides tumble classes, tumbling classes, stunt training, jump and flexibility classes, conditioning and training for all levels of athletes, private lessons, camps and clinics, open gyms, birthday parties, and gym rentals.

• Schedule: Class and activity options Monday–Thursday afternoons and evenings, with additional options on Saturdays and Sundays
The program’s stated mission is to help children and teenagers progress their skills and achieve their goals in a positive and encouraging environment. The staff is credentialed under the USASF coaches' education and certification, and the gym is a member of the USASF, a not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. Iconic Allstars and The Iconic Foundation, NFP are official corporations under the Department of Business Services of the state of Illinois and hold certificates of Good Standing with the Secretary of State. Iconic Allstars is a registered business through the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Division of Child Support Enforcement.
Iconic Allstars has acquired, through the Illinois Department of Employment Security, full background checks and fingerprinting on the entire staff, and employees are subject to the provisions of the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act with workers’ compensation liability under Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. The facility is handicap accessible, is annually inspected, and is monitored and granted by the South Elgin Fire Department, where all fire protection equipment has been maintained and tested. The owner, Carrie Chicoine, is fully active within the organization, which operates as its own cheer gym and building, not owned or operated by anyone else.
