Tri-Cities Soccer Association Programs include recreational soccer games and referee hands-on training. The program also offers a USSF course for new referee certification. TCSA employs referees from age fourteen through adulthood to officiate recreational soccer games, and all referees are paid at competitive rates with chances to move to higher paying games with experience.

The program states the mission: “EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH SOCCER EXCELLENCE Join us in fostering skill, teamwork, and character on the field and beyond.” Travel referees must be USSF Certified. TCSA works to develop referee skills from initial sign-up through hands-on training. TCSA is a COERVER PARTNER CLUB. The leadership team includes Marty Friel (President), Shane Samuels (Director of Referees), John Froman (Director of Referees), and Leslie Brennan (Rec Assignor).
