Summer Day Camps

Summer Day Camp includes Tot Camp options—Little Adventures, Explorers, and Sunshine—for children who can use the bathroom independently. It also includes Day Camp for fall campers entering grades 1-7, with activities, games, crafts, science, swimming, field trips, and special events, plus Sunrise Camp, Sunset Camp, and Tween Camp for ages 11-13.

Programs

• Early Childhood Camps (Tot Camp): Little Adventures — Participants must be able to use the bathroom independently. · Designed for youngest campers; weekly themes focus on creativity, independence and friendship; includes indoor and outdoor activities, in-house visitors and splash pad days.
• Early Childhood Camps (Tot Camp): Explorers — Participants must be able to use the bathroom independently. · Designed for youngest campers; weekly themes focus on creativity, independence and friendship; includes indoor and outdoor activities, in-house visitors and splash pad days.
• Early Childhood Camps (Tot Camp): Sunshine — Participants must be able to use the bathroom independently. · Designed for youngest campers; weekly themes focus on creativity, independence and friendship; includes indoor and outdoor activities, in-house visitors and splash pad days.
• Day Camp — For fall campers entering grades 1-7. · Campers enjoy various activities, games, crafts, science, swimming, field trips and special events. Campers are separated into age-appropriate groups led by two to four highly trained camp counselors.
• Sunrise Camp — For fall campers entering grades 1-7.
• Sunset Camp — For fall campers entering grades 1-7.
• Tween Camp — 11-13 years old

About the provider

Bailey Hecker is listed as the Recreation Supervisor. Campers are placed in age-appropriate groups, and camp groups do not accept friendship requests. Registration is for an entire session, ePACT forms must be completed and submitted before attendance, and refunds are not issued for missed summer camp days or for campers removed for unacceptable behavior.

There is a multi-child discount for Tot Camp-Little Adventures, Tot Camp-Explorers, and Tot Camp-Sunshine. There is a multi-child discount for Day Camp at McCarthy Park and Vogt Woods and a discount for a second child in Sunrise and Sunset camps. Tween Camp has a second and more child discount. Campers are separated into age-appropriate groups. Friendship requests are not accepted for camp groups.
