Wauconda Area Youth Soccer Club offers recreational soccer with practices, games, and foot skills training for players of all skill levels. The program includes soccer programs that combine practices and games, with specific foot skills sessions led by coaches and trainers.
• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: Spring 2026 U8–U14 practices and games begin the week of March 30; Tiny Kickers and Kinder Kickers meet once a week starting April 13 for six weeks, with additional weekday practices and Saturday games; time and days are subject to change based on registration.
• Price: Tiny Kickers/Kinder Kickers $100; U8–U10 $150; U12–U14 $160; uniform purchase is mandatory for fall registrations and optional for spring; volunteer coaches receive a $50 credit for the next registration season.
Wauconda Area Youth Soccer Club is a Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club partner and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-based recreational soccer club. Spring 2026 registration is open, and all divisions will be co-ed for Spring 2026. Players are instructed by a combination of volunteer coaches and professional trainers who cover technical, tactical, and philosophical aspects of soccer geared to each player’s age and skill level. The club states that it provides a fun, safe environment where players learn the game of soccer, the value of being part of a team, and competing for a common goal. The club will provide make-ups for games only. Soccer season may involve different weather, and families are advised that games and practices may be canceled if it is raining heavily and will not be held if there is lightning in the area at the time of the game or practice.
