About
Force Elite Baseball & Softball Training offers activities that include Ground ball central, pitch design, small group membership training, and a Baseball & Softball Membership Program covering hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching. Athletes can take part in the FE Baseball & Softball Throwing Program, FE Strength and Conditioning, strength performance training, tailored workouts in private, group, and team settings, and Driveline Throwing Programs with corrective drills. The program also includes team ground balls, pitching bullpens, private baseball lessons, seasonal camps and clinics, skill competitions, game play, contests and prizes, fall speed and agility training, fall-ball tournament teams, winter baseball practices two nights per week, a winter pitching program, and a summer travel baseball season.

Force Elite Baseball & Softball Training states that its mission is to offer an unparalleled comprehensive developmental baseball program, with attention to coaching to the individual, accessibility to training facilities, child development, competitive arena management, player character building, and teaching that success is built upon performance attitude to “Finish Strong.” All teams are coached by current or former collegiate or professional baseball players, and all assistant coaches in the Force Elite Baseball program are current and/or former college players. The program is overseen by industry professionals, and staff members have years of playing and coaching experience at the high school, college, and professional levels, with strength performance staff described as certified. The coaching philosophy emphasizes communication, a positive atmosphere, and learning from slumps and mental mistakes. Knights Baseball Chicago, an elite summer baseball program, trains out of Force Elite Baseball Training, and Knights players Aguirre, Farrell, Maslona, Pytko, and Schenkel have committed to continue their baseball careers at the next level. The program uses data-driven development technology including Rapsodo Hitting & Pitching 2.0 with Insight Camera, Diamond Kinetics Swingtracker and Pitchtracker, K.Motion K-Baseball, and Traq by Driveline Baseball as an accessible online data hub. Memberships are offered at all levels and age groups for baseball and softball, with player testing and assessments used to design a customized development plan for each member, and members receive discounted one-on-one training, seasonal speed and agility training, tournament teams, winter practices, a winter pitching program, access to multiple college showcases, and a summer travel baseball season dedicated to college recruitment. Strength performance is offered from 9 years through professional ranks.
