Wilmette Jr. Trevians Hockey offers co-ed ice hockey programs that include spring travel teams for Mites through Bantams, a Spring Mite House program, and a Youth Travel program from Mite through Midget levels. The program includes team sizes that maximize player development and ice time and uses elite skills directors. It places emphasis on building life skills through hockey, offers super convenient ice times, and supports multi-sport athletes.

The Wilmette Jr. Trevians Hockey program offers co-ed ice hockey programs for youth ages 4–14 years of age. The Wilmette Park District’s Learn to Skate classes and hockey skill development classes serve as a springboard to youngsters’ first team hockey experience in the Wilmette Hockey Association’s Mini Mite and Mite House league. House hockey is described as a great place for skaters that want to play team hockey in a fun, competitive environment but with a less time-intensive program. Players looking for a more competitive experience can join the Youth Travel program (Mite through Midget levels) to play against other teams from across the greater Chicagoland area.
Together, the program’s stated goal is to provide a great experience for every level of skater, from the beginner to the most advanced and from the casual player to the most competitive. The Wilmette Park District and Wilmette Hockey Association are partners that offer one of the premier community-based youth hockey programs in Illinois. For the 2023–2024 season, the Wilmette Hockey Association was awarded Central States Development Hockey League (CSDHL) teams for several levels of its youth sports program, including Squirt Minor (2014), Squirt Major (2013), Squirt Prospects (2013/2014), PeeWee Minor (2012), PeeWee Prospects (2011/2012), Bantam Minor (2010), Bantam Prospects (2009/2010) and Midget Prospects (U16). Registration is open for the Wilmette Jr. Trevians Spring 2026 Hockey Program.
