The MCCSC 3-year-old Preschool Program includes activities that develop skills in language and literacy, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, cognitive skills, and social-emotional skills. The program is offered at two Early Learning Center locations and six elementary schools.
• Ages: 3 years old
• Price: for the 2025-26 school year, all MCCSC-districted income-eligible families can attend 3-year-old Preschool for free or receive a stipend toward partner provider programs
All MCCSC Preschool classrooms are state-licensed and rated Paths to QUALITY Levels 3 & 4. All MCCSC elementary 3-year-old preschool locations are NAEYC accredited. The program is part of MCCSC, whose stated commitment is to Engage, Empower, and Educate all students in a world-class learning environment, empowering tomorrow’s leaders to maximize their educational success in becoming productive, responsible global citizens. The director of early learning and enrollment is Tim Dowling.
