Royalty Elite

Royalty Elite offers competitive cheer teams, tumbling classes for all ages and skill levels, an introduction to cheer program, learn to stunt classes, school cheer prep classes, specialty classes that include jumps and stretch/flexibility, open gym, private tumbling lesson memberships, and rec cheer. Rec cheer runs as an 11-week session on Thursday evening from 5-6pm or 7-8pm and includes an end-of-session performance at a competition at the French Lick Resort on March 29.

At a glance

• General schedule: Classes are typically run in 3 sessions: Summer, Fall, Winter/Spring. In the winter, a next session of rec cheer is launched. The month of May is spent wrapping up the season with teams who compete in Florida and conducting team evaluations for a new season.

About the provider

Royalty Elite’s mission is to be the premiere competitive cheerleading training facility in Southern Indiana by providing a high quality and structured program tailored to all levels of cheerleading. The owner is Angie Collins, and the coaches include Alex Rybicki, Tehya Stout, Daci Morris, Melynne Hash, Amaya Pierceall, Ty Hess, Alexis Baugh, Megan Furgason-Emmert, Leah Collins, and Hannah Bayens.

All Royalty Elite classes are open to the public. Athletes are placed in a tumbling class based on the gym's assessment of each athlete’s skills. Each class requires proficiency and consistency of the skills at the lower level prior to being invited to the next class in the progression. Enrollment for rec cheer is open and the class is near capacity.
