Summer Camp Series

Summer Camp Series offers Adventures in Art, Camp Wayback, Chillville, Expedition Discovery, I.M.P.A.C.T., Kids at Play, Outdoor Explorers, Science of Summer, STEAM Team, The Summer Experience, Under the Sun, and Vacation Vibes. Activities include creative arts, exploration, trying new things, games, crafts, field trips, life skills in a job-like setting, cooperation and team-building, nature exploration, hands-on science, and sports and art activities.

About the provider

Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation offers the Summer Camp Series each summer as part of ESE, and it includes 13 different summer camps for children ages 5-15. Jennifer Brown is the Extended School Enrichment/Summer Camp Series Director. The program’s mission is to be a steward of a healthy community by providing transformative experiences. Its credentials and awards include American Camp Association accreditation, Nationally Accredited Summer Camp Provider Award, CAPRA National Accreditation, National Gold Medal Award, and Outstanding Agency Award.

The 2026 Summer Camp Series Guide will be published January 1 with registration beginning March 1, 2026. Early bird registration is for currently enrolled families March 1 9am-12pm; new family registration is March 1 12pm. Non-refundable weekly registration fee is $50 per week, per camper. Transfer requests must be submitted via Summer Camp Series Transfer Request. Waitlist has no fee. Scholarship deadline is April 1, 2026 @ midnight. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted via Summer Camp Series Cancellation Request.
