Columbus Express Soccer Club offers soccer, tryouts, and futsal activities for players. The club also runs the Locos futsal program, which is accepting registrations for the 2025–26 seasons. Columbus Express will be offering a Men's U23+ team this summer for former CESC players and other college or top amateur players.

For over forty-five years, Columbus Express Soccer Club has been a staple in soccer development, providing players with Indiana’s Premier Soccer Experience. Programming is available for boys and girls ages 6 to 19. Columbus Express is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
The club’s mission statement is: “It is our goal to ‘Provide Every Opportunity to Improve’ because we understand the lessons and attributes gained through athletics can start an upward trend in a person’s life.” Columbus Express Soccer Club’s Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer members of the local community that embody the mission and vision of CESC. The leadership team includes President Tami Iorio, Vice President Adam Cline, Treasurer Suzanne Meredith, Secretary Jill Mishler-Peda, and Board Members Armando Duran, Sara Gribbins, Paul Shinn, Rebekah McIntier, Steve Long, Melissa Begley, Josh Raper, and Sheena Seger, with Ty Smith serving as CESC Director.
CESC Director Ty Smith has earned Indiana Soccer Club Director of the Year for the second time in five years, and has been awarded Indiana Soccer Director of the Year. Columbus Express 2008 Boys have advanced to the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup and have won the Indiana Presidents Cup.
