Instructors call out classes by class title at the start time, and children line up by the “snake” on the wall and follow instructors to the activity floor. All classes include a short warm-up and stretching period as a large group before breaking into separate classes.
Children should wear comfortable clothing they can move freely in, such as shorts and t-shirts, with no baggy shorts or shirts, and leotards are not required.
