Foundation For Youth (FFY) has been active in serving youth and families across Bartholomew County and beyond since 1928. Its mission is “To Inspire and Enable Our Youth, Our Community,” and its work is grounded in four cornerstones: Commitment to Learning, Character and Leadership, Positive Identity, and Healthy Lifestyles. FFY programs reach thousands of children each year, and its athletics and aquatics programs focus on discipline, cooperation, and confidence to lead. Staff are certified through the Child and Youth Care Certification Board (CYCCB), and FFY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designated as a Platinum Level participant for transparency. FFY relies on community support, volunteers, and partnerships, and many former participants are now local business leaders, educators, medical professionals, public servants, and community organizers.
