The Institute of Reading Development offers live online reading programs that include Summer Reading Programs, Monthly Reading Programs, 1:1 Tutoring, a Summer Reading Camp, and a Masterclass for Parents. The Institute of Reading Development has been building skilled, enthusiastic readers since 1970, using an evidence-based reading curriculum refined every year. Every program is led by an expert reading teacher, and the organization hires fewer than 3% of applicants. In group programs, children join small groups of 4–6 students, with sessions that are 50 minutes and include 15 minutes a day of practice in the Online Learning Center between live classes.
Summer Reading Camp runs five days, three hours a day, with a different curriculum each week so families can enroll in multiple weeks.
