The Salvation Army Summer Camps offer day and overnight summer camps that include swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, other sports, arts and crafts, music, drama, team-building activities, leadership training, community service projects, and scouting. Camp sessions include outdoor recreation, educational activities, and hands-on projects that are programmed to spark curiosity and collaboration and foster education. The camps provide safe and supportive supervision by trained counselors, and kids are mentored by experienced camp counselors.

The Salvation Army also serves local families through Kroc Community Centers, which offer after-school programs, recreational opportunities, and community programs dedicated to fostering healthy futures.
