Swim Lessons offers instruction in swimming through group Swim Lessons, Private Swim Lessons, Competitive Swimming, and Water Fitness. The program includes both instructional and fitness-focused water activities.
The Swim Lessons program is part of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana, which was founded in 1857 by E. H. Sabin.
