Science Central STEM Camps

Science Central STEM Camps offers STEM Camps for youth ages 5-12. The camps are held three times a year, with Spring Camp in March and April, Summer Camps in June and July, and Winter Camps in December and January. Upcoming Winter Break STEAM Camps are scheduled for December 21-23, 2026, and December 28-30, 2026.

About the provider

Registration is online, and the registration deadline is 1 week before a camp starts. Campers receive one snack in the morning and bring their own non-perishable lunch, since refrigeration and microwaving are not available. Camp drop-off begins 15 minutes before start time, and sign-out begins 30 minutes before end time and runs to 15 minutes after. Campers must be toilet trained. Changes to registration or cancellations must be made 7 days before the event, and a full refund is issued if cancelled at least 7 days before the event. An Emergency Medical Authorization form is required for each registered camper and each camp season, and campers and adults must sign the Camper Behavior Contract. Late pick-up fees apply after 15 minutes late, and if pickup is more than one hour late and the program cannot reach the family, the Fort Wayne Police Department will be notified. Ages 5-11 have an 8:1 ratio, and ages 10-13 have a 9:1 ratio.
