Franklin Parks & Recreation Art Programs

Franklin Parks & Recreation Art Programs are part of the broader Franklin Parks & Recreation offerings, which include access to a program and facility registration system and a parks website. • Schedule: Parks Administration Offices are open Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm; the Franklin Cultural Arts & Recreation Center is open Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–8pm, Friday, 5:30am–7pm, Saturday, 8am–5pm, and Sunday, 12 noon–5pm; the Franklin Family Aquatic Center is open May 22 to August 23; the Franklin Active Adult Center is open Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm.
