About
Infant Swimming Resource Survival Swimming Lessons offers survival swimming lessons for infants and young children. The program focuses on survival swimming lessons for infants and young children through Infant Swimming Resource (ISR).
• Ages: 0–6 years old
ISR has been keeping children safe in the water for six decades. ISR has been training, certifying, and supporting parents for six decades, and pioneered survival swimming lessons for infants and young children more than half a century ago. New ISR Instructors are certified every week, and ISR has a network of more than 1,000 certified ISR Instructors. Keeping children safe in the water has motivated everything ISR has done for six decades.
ISR is ready to work with parents to bring ISR lessons to their community, and parents can fill the need for ISR lessons in their community for families like theirs. Many ISR Instructors are parents who once searched for lessons to protect their own child. Parents can join the ISR Waiting List so ISR can notify them when lessons become available nearby, and those on the ISR Waiting List will be the first to know when an ISR Instructor opens in their area. Those on the ISR Waiting List will receive priority communication about lesson availability, along with helpful updates and resources while they wait. Parents can also learn about becoming an ISR Instructor. ISR offers ISR Water Safety Tips, including multiple layers of protection every family should use, supervision strategies, and simple habits that help protect children around water. ISR is the largest organization in the survival swimming lessons industry for infants and young children.
