Indiana Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy Kids' Programs are led by James Clingerman. The academy was established in 2000 and is described as the longest-running Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Academy in the greater Indianapolis area. Its mission is to promote athleticism, health, self-control, and discipline while offering cutting-edge self-defense and sport competition training. The facility includes over 2,200 square feet of mat space, a state-of-the-art single-piece tarp system on the mat, a fitness area with kettlebells, a Rogue Infinity Rig, cardio machines, maces, bands, sandbags, and recovery tools, as well as The Fight Hub Pro Shop. The Fight Hub Pro Shop is an authorized distributor of Origin, Jocko Fuel, GAMENESS, On The Mat, Ring to Cage, Fuji, Tatami, Strych9, Defense Soap, VVV, Habrok, and Revgear gear and apparel. The academy follows stringent cleaning routines, including Peroxide-Based Orange Cleaner and a rotation of other disinfectants, and its spacious layout is described as minimizing the risk of collisions during classes. Visitors are always welcome, with no drop-in fees for guests, no restrictions on gis or uniforms, and all affiliations welcome. James is described as an extremely knowledgeable instructor.
