Edgewood Preschool Cooperative offers kindergarten-readiness programs where children create, sing, observe, move, discuss, read, and play independently and cooperatively. Daily activities include imaginary play, stories, singing, sorting, matching, planning, sequencing, estimating, and measuring. Children work with letters, numbers, shapes, sizes, colors, rhyming sounds, the passage of time, and word opposites, and they read books, tell stories, share, sing songs, visit interesting places, and take part in cooking adventures and science experiments.
