Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park – Indianapolis (Eagle Creek Park) states that its mission is to inspire courage, connection, and discovery through thrilling outdoor experiences. The organization notes that the first Go Ape USA course opened in Rockville, Maryland in 2010. Go Ape describes itself as the industry leader in high-ropes and ziplining safety and operates courses in forest settings that are cooler and more shaded than typical weather apps may suggest, using a “Treetop Temp” measure of how it feels in the parks. Treetop Adventure includes ziplines up to 305 feet long, 40 unique obstacles, and platforms up to 41 feet high, and treetop activities include a practice course described as “Try Before You Commit.”

Forest EscAPE is described as an interactive outdoor escape room experience in a natural environment, and Primal Dynamix designs and delivers leadership and team-building experiences using experiential learning theory. Birthday party packages include 20% off all activities and merchandise, an on-site party host, Treetop Adventure or Treetop Journey (subject to availability), free printable invitations, and a picnic table (subject to availability). Go Ape notes that it offers outdoor activities including treetop adventures, zip lines, obstacle courses, outdoor axe throwing, outdoor escape rooms, nature trails and hikes, and mini golf, with family-friendly options for ages 4 and up.

Go Ape is cash free and accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For Treetop Adventure, gloves are required (families can bring their own or purchase on site), participants must follow an empty pockets policy with phones permitted only if securely attached, and fully enclosed shoes are required. General guidance includes bringing athletic gloves, sunscreen, bug spray, and any needed medical items such as epipens, with water available throughout the adventure and additional drinks for purchase. Phones can be brought into the trees if securely attached, items that can fall such as hats and sunglasses are discouraged, belongings should be left at home or in the car, and Go Ape can hold car keys. Go Ape describes a flexible weather policy with free rescheduling.

Go Ape states that every local community and park where a Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park operates receives a percentage of each ticket sale to reinvest back into local communities and parks, and that each partner park receives a revenue share. One parent testimonial from Charles at Go Ape Eagle Creek in Indianapolis reports that his kids and he got a great workout and found the experience mentally and physically challenging but not too much, and that it was a mix that allowed kids and adults to spend time together away from technology.
