Indy Stars Gymnastics offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, homeschool gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, and Tae Kwon Do. The program includes both recreational gymnastics and competitive gymnastics options for children.
Indy Stars Gymnastics began November 3, 2015. The gym is led by Debbie and Gregg Hamby. The mission of Indy Stars Gymnastics is to provide a gym where children of all abilities can come and achieve excellence in a comprehensive program of recreational and competitive gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and dance; a place where children can thrive and reach for the stars, realizing their dreams and attaining their personal best. The program describes a family friendly environment with coaches who are excellent in their teaching discipline and exemplary in their conduct and caring for children. It emphasizes a culture of good communication between parents or other loved ones, coaches, and the owners, and states that they value feedback and provide honest and complete information about a child's progress. Having worked many years with children with special needs is listed among the staff credentials. They plan to incorporate a nonprofit arm to their business and make gymnastics available for children of all abilities.
