Kids Programs includes activities such as taekwondo, cheerleading, youth basketball, youth volleyball, youth tennis clinics, soccer, flag football, swimming, and swimming lessons for all ages. The program also offers private and semi-private basketball lessons, Youth & Jr Tennis, private tennis lessons, tennis, basketball, racquetball, pickleball, and adult volleyball and adult tennis that may be part of the same overall facility offerings. Kids Programs includes Child Drop-Off Events such as Parents’ Night Out and Kids Zone Holiday Parties, as well as SafeSitter Classes and the Safe Sitter Course for older children.

Kids Programs takes place within a facility that describes itself as an innovative fitness facility with a comprehensive approach to wellness and a personalized model with customized fitness plans for each member. The Kids Zone is a supervised play area for children between the ages of six weeks and 12 years, and childcare in Kids Zone is complimentary with membership. SafeSitter Classes are described as being for students in grades 6–8 to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.
