About

Outdoor Sports Experience at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis includes access to five floors of fun and 7.5 acres of outdoor sports experiences. Children can steer a pedal car, try adaptive equipment available for each sport, and learn from experienced coaches. The program also includes interactive exhibits where children can touch a dinosaur bone, see a show, make art, board the space station, ride a historic carousel, blast off into space, and step into the world of the dinosaurs.

• Ages: 3–12 years old
• Schedule: Open today 10 am–5 pm

Daily admission includes both the museum and the outdoor sports experience. The museum features the largest water clock in North America, Dale Chihuly's tallest permanent installations, a historic Carousel, Playscape, a science lab, and a mastodon discovered in Indiana. Families can also see a live theater show in certain seasons, board the plane to Peru, unlock pop culture memories, create paleo art, pose for a photo in an Indy Car, and play the day away in Playscape. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is a nonprofit organization with a mission to ignite joy, wonder, and curiosity by creating powerful learning experiences for children and adults. Indianapolis cultural institutions, including this museum, join forces to make family learning more accessible through the Access Pass.
