En Pointe Indiana Ballet offers classes in discovery dance, beginning ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet technique, pointe, variations, repertoire, pas de deux, acro, modern, and contemporary. Classes are taught by teachers who strive to bring out the best in every dancer from toddlers to young adult, both technically and artistically, while encouraging a love of dance.

En Pointe Indiana Ballet is led by Artistic Directors Pollyana Ribeiro and Robert Moore, who each have been dancing professionally for over 20 years and were classically trained at the Harid Conservatory in Boca Raton, Florida. They have traveled around the world dancing and teaching with world-renowned companies, achieved ballet master status, and trained many students who have gone on to professional ballet careers with companies including The Royal Danish Ballet, National Ballet of Canada, Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet, Ballet Met, Cincinnati Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Los Angeles Ballet, Columbia City Ballet, and Texas Ballet Theatre. They have also prepared dancers to compete with successful outcomes in prestigious competitions such as Prix de Lausanne and the Youth America Grand Prix.
The program’s stated mission is to develop students’ physical and technical strength and flexibility in a safe and correct manner appropriate to each child’s individual development, while inspiring the joy of dance. Training focuses on preparing dancers with an excellent technical foundation for performances, competition, and personal artistic expression, with attention to strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and creative movement in a fun, nurturing, and energetic way.
En Pointe Indiana Ballet is described as a premier ballet school and an Indianapolis area dance school that serves dance students from Noblesville, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Geist, Zionsville, all of Hamilton County, and surrounding Indianapolis areas. The studio offers a pre-professional program, and pre-professional dancers from across the globe study there, with prominent guest instructors visiting annually. Families and students describe the instruction as challenging yet encouraging, the environment as supportive, and the teachers as outstanding and genuinely caring for the students.
