Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana offers recreational classes, a competitive Junior Olympic Program, Pre-Rhythmic and Beginner Rhythmic classes, and a Competitive and Performing Team. Participants train in rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, dance, basic acrobatics, and manipulation of rope, hoop, clubs, ball, and ribbon, with baton twirling and artistic gymnastics available as supplemental training. Pre-Rhythmic includes an introduction to rhythmic equipment such as ball, hoop, clubs, rope, and ribbon, and the first class can be tried for free.

Director and Head Coach Julia Workman is the Director, Head Coach and Choreographer at Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana, is the Indiana State Chairman for Rhythmic Gymnastics, is a Professional member of USA Gymnastics, is Safety Certified, has 22 years of experience as a rhythmic coach, and has received a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Ballet Instructor So Yon Nam studied classical ballet in Korea, entered the Seoul Art High School in Korea majoring in dance, studied at Moscow’s Bolshoi Ballet Academy in the Russian Vaganova style, was invited to join the National Ballet Company of Korea, danced many leading roles in classical ballets, toured internationally with the National Ballet Company of Korea, danced with Ballet Internationale from 1999 to 2005 performing many principal roles, and has taught master classes for universities and studios in Korea. Coach Sophia Gilliam has been actively involved in gymnastics for 15 years, was a competitive gymnast for 8 years and a coach for 3, made it to level 9 as a gymnast, and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Coach Uliana began rhythmic gymnastics at the age of three, trained for 10 years reaching Level 9, and competed in major international competitions in Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, the UAE, and top events across Ukraine.
Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana states that its goal is to provide quality recreational and competitive programs in a fun and supportive environment. The program serves the Noblesville, Fishers, and Carmel areas and is the only club in Indiana offering the competitive Junior Olympic program of rhythmic gymnastics. Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana describes rhythmic gymnastics as a unique blend of dance, art, and sport, and notes that rhythmic gymnastics is used as supplemental training for baton twirling and artistic gymnastics. Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana placed 1st and 4th in Region 3 in the Child C division, and Julia Workman’s students have been chosen multiple times to participate in the national Future Star camp at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center in New York, have been handpicked three times to join the Youth Elite Squad at the Lake Placid and Huntsville, Texas Olympic Training Centers, and have placed high in both regional and national competitions.
