Playborhood is an inclusive after-school enrichment program that features open-ended play, hands-on clubs, sensory play, arts and crafts, cooperative games, communication skill-building, group projects, and interest-based exploration. The program includes activities that focus on creativity, movement, and connection. It is led by trained Club Captains and is not a therapy program or a childcare program.
• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, with select school break options
• Price: $75/week, billed monthly
Playborhood is designed for working families and curious kids and combines open-ended play, hands-on clubs, and community connection in a structured environment. All staff members go through a thorough background check, and all Club Captains are trained in positive behavior support. The program is especially supportive of children who benefit from structured routines, social support, and play-based fun, and is described as an after-school enrichment program where all kids learn, play, and grow together. The mission of Playborhood is to support children in developing social, emotional, and play skills in a structured and fun environment.
The leadership team includes Founder and Executive Coach Alicia Boyll and Founding Advisor Kyle Boyll. The team also includes Director of Operations Brooke Callan, M.S., CCC-SLP; Director of Clinical Services Audrey Falkenstein, M.A., BCBA; Manager of Administrative Services Kayla Underwood; Manager of Orientation and Training Services Jenny Davy, M.A., BCBA; Manager of Outpatient Services Kaelynn Brown, M.S., CCC-SLP; Clinic Coordinator Jodi Cottrell; Billing Specialists Gianna Meyer and Emily Smith; Occupational Therapist Danielle Weust, M.S. OTR/L; Board Certified Behavior Analysts Erica Ratz, M.A., BCBA, Abby Yohler, M.A., BCBA, Sarah Clark-Carson, M.S.
