Indy Eleven Academy offers soccer through entry level learning experiences, development programs, tryouts, competitive travel, and participation in some of the highest youth platforms in the country. The program includes opportunities for individuals to be involved in soccer for passion, physical fitness, social engagement, team camaraderie, competition, a desire to make youth national teams, and to compete for college and professional contracts.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
The mission of Indy Eleven Academy is to create a positive culture for players, staff, and families to come together and formulate common goals through soccer, with core values that encourage growth in leadership, emotional control, social skills, and overall professional character. Indy Eleven Academy is one of the largest, most comprehensive soccer clubs in Indiana and offers programming that ranges from entry level learning experiences to competitive travel and the highest youth platforms in the country. The club lists core values of DEVELOPMENT, FAMILY, GRATITUDE, DISCIPLINE, INTEGRITY, COMPETITIVENESS, EXCELLENCE, and PASSION. Indy Eleven Academy states cultural values that include a winning mentality, pursuing a higher standard, having a contagious positive influence, and integrity based on ethical convictions and responsibility. The academy is working to develop players who are respectful, lead by example on and off the field, are responsible for their actions, make autonomous decisions, are internally motivated, are in optimal technical and physical condition, are intelligent, have emotional control, show contagious training habits, have a creative personality, a blue-collar work ethic, and a competitive mentality. Indy Eleven Academy will be shifting to the academic grade year for all team assignments beginning with the 2026–2027 season, in line with U.S. Soccer’s transition from a birth year-based age group system to an academic grade year system from August 1 to July 31. The club notes its gratitude to organizations that generously support the club.
