Indy Eleven Academy offers soccer activities that range from entry level learning experiences to competitive travel and the highest youth platforms in the country. The program includes soccer tryouts and a variety of development programs. Individuals in the academy have the opportunity to participate for passion, physical fitness, social engagement, team camaraderie, competition, a desire to make youth national teams, and to compete for college and professional contracts. Indy Eleven Academy Spirit Wear is available online through its partner, Soccer.com.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
Indy Eleven Academy states that it is one of the largest, most comprehensive soccer clubs in Indiana and describes itself as Indiana’s leading soccer club with a proven pathway to college and professional opportunities. The academy will be shifting to the academic grade year for all team assignments beginning with the 2026–2027 season, in line with U.S. Soccer’s transition from a birth year-based system to an academic grade year system running from August 1 to July 31. The mission of Indy Eleven Academy is to create a positive culture for players, staff, and families to come together and formulate common goals through soccer, with core values that encourage growth in leadership, emotional control, social skills, and overall professional character.
Indy Eleven Academy is working to develop players who are respectful to themselves, teammates, coaches, and the game; who lead by example on and off the field; who are responsible for their actions; and who are autonomous decision makers, internally motivated, technically and physically in optimal condition, and intelligent. The academy is also working to develop players who have emotional control, contagious training habits, a creative personality, a blue-collar work ethic, and a competitive mentality. Its cultural values are described as derived from an ambition to overachieve, with stated principles that include a winning mentality (“Prepare to win. Train to win. Expect to win.”), pursuing a higher standard, being a contagious positive influence, and maintaining integrity based on ethical convictions and responsibility.
