Indy Youth Basketball League is a youth basketball league where kids play organized basketball games. The league includes players from teams at the A-team level through beginners and uses rules that are specific to each age group.

Pacers Athletic Center at Grand Park formed the Indy Youth Basketball League in 2016. The league is described as the largest youth basketball league in the state, with more than 1,200 teams having played in the league and its tournaments. The program focuses on appropriate rules for younger grades, including limited zone defense and pressing at the youngest levels. Games can be scheduled at whichever of its facilities is more convenient for each team. The stated mission is to work hard to make it a great experience for kids of all ages and abilities and to help kids truly learn how to play the game, with league rules reflecting that mission.
