About

Inclusive Dance Outreach offers Adaptive Dance, Adaptive Ballet, and Adaptive Contemporary for children and youth with Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and other specific needs. Adaptive Dance meets Saturdays from 10:00-10:45, Adaptive Ballet meets Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15, and Adaptive Contemporary meets Thursdays from 5:45-6:30. Each class is a weekly 40-45 minute session and can be offered in person or virtually via Zoom.

  • Inclusive Dance Outreach — children with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other specific needs
  • General Dance Outreach — all grade levels · $50–$80 per session
  • Lecture Demonstrations — $500 · Short 15-25 minute performance, interactive movement participation for the audience, and a Q&A session with artists, musicians and director; can accommodate larger groups of up to 500 students.

About the provider

The program is offered in two semesters, Fall and Spring. It also includes General Dance Outreach for all grade levels and Lecture Demonstrations that are a 15-25 minute performance with interactive movement participation and a Q&A session with artists, musicians, and the director. Payment plans, scholarships, and tuition assistance are awarded based on need and dependent on funding available, and free Inclusive Dance Outreach programming is available for public schools through grant funding.
