The Academy Lexington Summer Camps

The Academy Lexington Summer Camps offers summer camps for children ages 4 to 11. Campers take part in group activities, themed camps, and field trips, and they can choose a different activity each day or stay with one all week. The camps also include ALL Sports Camp, Farm Life Camp, Gymnastics Camp, and Cheerleading Camp, with activities such as basketball, baseball, soccer, football, gymnastics, track and field events, hiking, caring for animals, collecting eggs, horseback riding, tumbling, stunting, cheers, jumps, and routines.

Programs

• Summer Camps — 4-11 · Weekdays, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, all summer long · Kids enjoy group activities, themed camps, and field trips. Campers can choose a different activity each day or stick with one all week.
• ALL Sports Camp — kids with age and ability groups · Children learn and play a variety of sports, including basketball, baseball, soccer, football, gymnastics, track and field events, and more.
• Farm Life Camp — Children are transported from the gym in Lexington to the farm for activities such as hiking, caring for animals, collecting eggs, riding horses, building a bonfire, riding 4 wheelers, and more.
• Gymnastics Camp — kids with age and ability groups · Children receive instruction in all aspects/events of gymnastics, including floor, bars, balance beam, vault, conditioning, strength, flexibility, and overall skill improvement.
• Cheerleading Camp — kids with age and ability groups · Children receive instruction in all aspects/events of cheerleading, including tumbling, stunting, sideline and floor cheers, routines, jumps, motions, and more.

About the provider

The Academy Lexington says it is dedicated to creating a positive, high-energy environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive through movement. Its mission is to build confidence, strength, and character in every student by combining quality instruction with a fun and supportive atmosphere. The program lists experienced coaches and qualified, nationally accredited coaches.

Annual Camp Registration Fee: $45. One registration covers all children for the full summer. Each child needs a minimum of 1 Summer Camp T-Shirt ($20). There is an Activity Fee for each week chosen ($35) per child. All payments made to The Academy are non-refundable. Parents may not attend field trips with their child. Children may not be dropped off or picked up from any field trip location by a parent.
