University of Kentucky Esports Camps offers the Intro to Esports Summer Camp for campers ages 8 to 12. The camp is a week-long summer camp, and registration is open for all three sessions: June 8–12, June 22–26, and July 6–10, 2026. Camp programming runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with drop-off as early as 7:30 AM and pick-up as late as 6:00 PM.

About the provider
Registration is open to both families of UK employees and members of the Lexington community. The UK Esports program says its mission is to create a dynamic and inclusive community where gamers, students, staff, and community members can connect, compete, and learn. It also says it aims to provide a comprehensive gaming experience and foster a love of gaming and Esports while promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and digital literacy.
Children will not be allowed to enter the camp without completed camp forms. The camp limits participants to 40. If the registration form is not accessible, the page says the maximum capacity for the upcoming camp session may have been reached. Failure to pick up children before 6:00 PM may result in restriction from future camp offerings.
