Deposits are non refundable once a spot is reserved. Tuition payments are processed on the 20th of each month. Families may select payment in full, half now/half in January, or 4-month, 6-month, or 8-month payment plans. Final tuition must be paid by May 20th, 2027 to continue holding space. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Financial aid applications will be available in mid-October. The scholarship committee only considers applications when a camper's deposit has been paid in full. Any family seeking aid must submit a new application each summer.
